Meet the Team
Hans has been active in the property management industry since 1999, initially helping automotive executives manage their homes during corporate assignments. He later expanded the business to include leasing and maintenance services, growing through strong client referrals and investor demand—particularly during the 2008 recession. Today the company serves Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne counties. Hans also earned the Certified Occupancy Specialist designation from HUD.
In 2023, Hans partnered with longtime colleague Drew Johnson to further grow the business, with a focus on the multi-unit sector. Together, they remain committed to building lasting client relationships while treating every investment with the same care and attention they would their own.
Felicia is the Office Manager and a licensed Real Estate Agent at PMI Greater Detroit, where she has been a valued team member for the past four years. She manages all aspects of the rental process, including property showings, tenant relations, lease coordination, and maintenance management. Known for her strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, Felicia is dedicated to helping families find quality homes while ensuring a positive experience for both tenants and property owners. As part of PMI Greater Detroit’s family-oriented team, she is committed to providing professional, reliable, and client-focused service each day.
Cairington is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising Management. She has hands-on experience as a freelance Mobile App Content Creator and Social Media Manager, where she developed content strategies, wrote engaging copy, and managed social media platforms to help brands grow their online presence and better connect with their audiences.
She enjoys blending creativity with data-driven insights to improve engagement, build brand awareness, and strengthen audience relationships. As she continues to grow in her career, she’s focused on expanding her skills in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing strategy.
