Meet the Team
Hans Stahl has been active in the property management industry since 1999, beginning his career by assisting automotive executives with managing their homes during corporate assignments. Recognizing an underserved niche, he strategically grew the business by expanding into a full range of services, including leasing and maintenance.
Driven by strong client referrals and increased demand from investors—particularly during the 2008 recession—the company broadened its reach to serve Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, and St. Clair counties, all of which remain part of its service area today. Hans further strengthened his expertise by earning the Certified Occupancy Specialist designation from HUD.
In 2023, Hans partnered with longtime colleague Drew Johnson to further expand the business, with a strong focus on growth within the multi-unit sector. Together, Hans and Drew remain grounded in what matters most—building lasting relationships and genuine friendships. They believe that today’s client can become tomorrow’s friend, and take great pride in caring for their clients’ investments with that mindset at the core of everything they do.
