Our company is built on a strong foundation of trust and hard work, with each team member fully committed to delivering exceptional service to both our customers and their tenants. Hans Stahl has been in the property management business since 1999 and began his journey by helping executives within the auto industry manage their home while away on their corporate assignments. Seeing a niche that needed to be filled, he grew the company by diversifying and providing a full range of services including leasing and maintenance. Along the way, based upon customer referrals and expanding to investors during the recession of 2008 the business expanded its territories to include Oakland, Wayne, Macomb and St Clair counties, all of which are still serviced today. Hans also obtained his Certified Occupancy Specialist designation from HUD.
In 2023, Hans partnered with a long time colleague, Drew Johnson to further expand the business and within the multi unit sector. Both Hans and Drew remain focused on what is most important to them - cultivating relationships and friendships. Knowing a client today is a friend tomorrow gives them the greatest joy and appreciation for taking care of their client's investments.
